Dr Sudheer s 20 years of experience under eminent gurus and physicians has held him in good stead. He is the Chief Consultant at Sreehareeyam Ayurveda since 2010. Following the footsteps of his Vaidya-forefathers, Dr. Sudheer started his ayurveda career under the auspices of Dr. Ayyappan Kariyat (his father- a 7 th generation Ayurveda paediatrician/ bala-cikitsaka) and continued learning with P.L.T Girija of Sanjeevani Ayurveda and yoga center, Chennai. To further enhance his knowledge he proceeded to Kerala where he got initiated with “Ashta Vaidyan” of Vaidyamadam Rishikumaran Namboodiri, Mezhathur- Kerala. He was incharge of the inpatient facility at Sanjeevani Ayurveda and yoga center for 8 years. Dr. Sudheer is an epitome of patience which his patients invariably seek. He is an expert in conducting Panchakarma treatments and organises courses for pancakarma and Ayurveda to his students.

 

He is known for his successful treatment of Food allergy. His accurate diagnosis, sastric prescription and deep counselling ensures that the patient is relieved from the disease comfortably.

The artistic vein of the family courses through Dr. Sudheer as well, hence whenever time permits, he indulges in his passion of painting. He also enjoys playing the violin at leisure. Every week end Dr Sudheer hops off to do his village health services at the Wellness foundation in Kattiampandal- a village near Uthiramerur, Chengalpattu.
